All the necessary components of an electric guitar including a pre-wired, wooden body, an assembled and precut neck, and all hardware, screws and accessories are supplied. The Guitar Body The Explorer design was first introduced in 1958 and has been famously used by guitarists such as The Edge (U2), Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters) and James Hetfield (Metallica) - to name just a few! Futuristic at the time of it's release, the Explorer design still screams Rock!Solid basswood guitar bodies have a big, well-balanced tonality. There's a strong midrange, but also a certain softness and breathiness.
